How does it work?

  • Apply for one of our Junior job positions, it's that straightforward.

  • If your application successfully progresses beyond the initial CV screening stage, the next step would be an invitation to undertake a technical test. This test is designed to give you an opportunity to showcase your skills and abilities in a practical setting. It serves as a platform for you to demonstrate your capabilities and impress us with your coding prowess. We are genuinely excited to witness your accomplishments and see how you excel in this challenge!

  • After successfully passing the technical challenge, you will receive an invitation to participate in a Talent Acquisition (TA) interview. During this interview, we will have the opportunity to become acquainted with one another, as well as provide you with further information regarding our organisation and values.

  • Congratulations! You are one step away from success. The final step is a hiring team interview. Our awesome hiring team is all about making your interview process customised to your department. It doesn't matter which team you're on, you can definitely count on having a detailed conversation about your role and a fun technical challenge designed specifically for our tech positions. And don't forget, we totally encourage you to ask any questions or share any curiosities you have during the interview. After all, the whole point is for both of us to explore awesome opportunities together!
