What you'll be getting up to:
This position, Operations Specialist, supports continuous operational needs, starting at 10 AM each day and covering a 9-hour shift, which includes a 1-hour break.. The Operations Specialist plays a critical role in handling VIP customers and executive-level escalations, ensuring priority issues are fast-tracked and resolved efficiently.
In addition to core tasks, this role acts as a key operational support specialist, overseeing workflows across teams, coordinating urgent requests, and maintaining high standards of service for the company’s most valuable customers. It also manages user access, back-office templates, and game and wager configurations to guarantee smooth, secure, and compliant operations.
Primarily office-based with regular attendance required, and may become hybrid (WFH/WFO) after 6 months of operational training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
VIP & Executive Escalation Handling:
Serve as the first point of contact for VIP customer concerns and high-level escalations.
Liaise with relevant teams to fast-track and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer experience.
Create and maintain efficient workflows to address urgent cases swiftly and accurately.
User Access Management:
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts and permissions in line with company policies.
Maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and perform regular access audits to uphold security standards.
Address any access-related issues promptly to support operational continuity.
System and Application Configuration:
Design, configure, and maintain back-office templates, including bonuses, automated emails, and notifications.
Ensure configurations are up-to-date and aligned with operational needs and business policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation and maintenance.
Game and Wager Configurations:
Configure game settings, wager limits, and other operational parameters in compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues to prevent service disruptions.
Compliance and Audit Support:
Provide documentation and reports for internal and external audits as needed.
Periodically review configurations and access controls to maintain compliance.
Security and Risk Management:
Proactively identify security risks related to access and system configurations.
Promote best practices for security and recommend enhancements to reduce vulnerabilities.
Incident Response and On-Call Coverage:
Respond quickly to critical incidents affecting access, configurations, or game operations.
Provide 24/7 on-call support and report to the office during regular hours for daily operations and coordination.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proven experience in access management, system configuration, IT security, or a related role.
Familiarity with access management tools and configuration platforms.
Experience in game and wager configuration is a strong plus.
Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
SKILLS

Proficiency in in-game configuration tools and back-office platforms.
