Role purpose:
- You understand what a crypto casino customer wants and you deliver the product and promotions to them.
- Your role covers Product management, CRM execution and overseeing some third-party operations.
- Become an expert in our product, understanding the full platform capabilities and configure the most competitive Bonuses and Products.
- Configure the CRM system and deliver the CRM strategy.
- Monitor services outsourced to 3 rd parties, including CS, Risk and Fraud.
- This is an opportunity to grow with a start-up with big ambitions.
Key responsibilities:
- You are overall responsible for ensuring the product and promotional proposition is competitive.
- Propose to the CRM strategy and lead the delivery.
- Champion experimentation to engage customers and give us a market edge.
- Brief and Coordinate the design and delivery of CRM campaigns.
- Propose and Configure bonuses for Customer Lifecyle Management as well as Promotional calendar.
- Review CRM campaigns using the Plan-Review-Improve learning cycle
- Contribute to the product Strategy and lead the delivery.
- Manage the website to feature the most relevant games and information.
- Optimise the offering to promote the best products and promotions at all times.
- Monitor competitor products for trends, fill gaps and strengthen product USPs.
- Monitor third party performance for Customer Services, Risk and Fraud.
- You gather customer feedback and use the insight to improve the service.
- Drive customer-centric decisions-making
- Report on CRM, Product and Operational KPIs
- Build a team as the business grows
Required skills and experience:
- Crypto knowledge or keen interest
- Online betting and/or gaming experience preferred
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Customer focused
- Pro-active in recommending improvements and taking ownership
- You are consistent, reliable and work to a high standard
