Sports Localization Executive

What you'll be getting up to:
As the Sports Localization Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and culturally relevant localization of our sports content. You will support the Head of Sports Localization in executing the regional strategy, optimizing content across platforms, and improving the customer journey that it resonates with local audiences while maintaining the highest standards of operational quality and compliance. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with various teams to help us adapt and elevate sports content across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
Localization & Content Execution
Manage and improve content display across mobile and desktop platforms.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with regional betting trends and preferences.
Translate and adapt sports-related content (events, odds, banners, UI) into local languages with a focus on cultural fit.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
Work closely with internal teams (Product, Technology, Creative, Trading) to align localization efforts with broader campaigns and product roadmaps.
Plan and support the execution of daily boosts, banners, and localized promotions for regional markets.
Participate in the daily boosts creation process to enhance operational efficiency and customer relevance.
Quality Assurance & Tool Management
Troubleshoot and resolve localization or content-related issues across sportsbook and CMS platforms.
Support the QA of translations and visuals to ensure brand consistency and high usability.
Collaborate on improvements to CMS, translation workflows, and display systems.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in sports localization, gaming, or related content roles.
Strong understanding of global and regional sports betting trends, particularly in Asia or emerging markets.
Excellent command of English (additional language(s) a plus).
Familiarity with localization tools, CMS platforms, data analysis tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight deadlines.
A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented approach to content and localization challenges.
Flexibility to work weekends when required.
Nice to Have
Experience with sports promotions such as Boosted Odds, Mix Parlay features.
Working knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop) or UX testing platforms.
