What you'll be getting up to:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Act as a consultant to managers on people-related matters, including performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement:
- Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Support succession planning and leadership development programs.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
- Serve as a mediator for workplace conflicts, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and updated as needed.
Performance Management:
- Support the implementation of performance management processes.
HR Operations & Change Management:
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
- Responsible for utilizing the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to manage employee data, streamline HR processes, and generate reports for efficient workforce management.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update internal tools and tracking in alignment with HR, finance and business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and workforce planning.
- Experience in handling employee relations, talent management, and performance coaching.
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with business leaders and employees at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multinational, or highly regulated industry.
- Proven track record in change management and organizational development.
