What you'll be getting up to: 

• Player Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to players, primarily through calls. 
• Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the website's offerings to effectively guide players. 
• Feedback Relay: Collect valuable player feedback on their experience and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings, improve the website experience, and refine support processes. 

Requirements:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication abilities. 
• Customer-Focused Approach: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring player satisfaction. 
• iGaming Enthusiast: Interest or familiarity with online casino gaming, cricket betting, or other sports is a plus. Mandatory Prior experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming industry 
• Languages : Bengali (mandatory) + English or Hindi
