What you'll be getting up to:
The role will encompass supporting our staff through their lifecycle in our business. This will range from teaching new hires about our business, our various brands, how we operate and the relevant systems and tools to allow them to perform their roles effectively.
Moving onto our staff's development as they grow with us. Designing and delivering developmental courses to enhance their existing skills and provide our staff new skills. In addition the role will involve the support, development and delivery of content for new systems and tools as they are adopted by the business.
The role will cover numerous sites across the multiple timezones that the business has offices located in, ensuring global consistency with the content being offered.
Key Responsibilities (Competencies)
- Design and deliver developmental training courses as identified by the business.
- Deliver orientation training to new hires joining the business.
- Ensure training content is up to date and in line with the business processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain training content to ensure staff's learning of tools and systems across departments is up to date.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure staff adaptability and efficiency as they progress in their roles.
- Collaborate with international teams to maintain uniformity in training standards and materials.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Have at least two years of experience in the gaming industry.
- The successful candidate will have at least five years experience in training in general.
- Comprehensive knowledge of sports betting and casino operations, including wager types, popular sports rules, payment processes, and industry regulations like GDPR, Information Security, Problem Gambling, and Anti-Money Laundering.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage learners across cultural backgrounds.
- Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
- Develop training materials using tools like Google Slides for online, in-person, and self-study sessions, enabling staff to effectively use systems and tools.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure content is relevant, purposeful, and continually evaluated.
- Communicate effectively in online and classroom settings, engaging staff from diverse cultures and countries.
