What you'll be getting up to:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in sportsbook and casino verticals. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market, proven expertise in executing successful marketing campaigns, and the ability to drive brand growth while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in sportsbook and casino verticals.
- Identify market trends and customer preferences specific to iGaming to tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer collaborations, and on-ground activations.
- Ensure campaigns effectively highlight sportsbook and casino offerings. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand iGaming customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends in Bangladesh.
- Provide actionable insights to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
- Partnerships:
- Build relationships with affiliates, agencies, and other local partners to enhance brand visibility and boost sportsbook and casino player acquisition.
- Collaborate with payment providers and key stakeholders to address market-specific challenges.
- Product Management:
- Work closely with the product team to ensure the sportsbook and casino offerings meet the needs of the local market.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, including new game launches, updates, and optimization to maximize engagement and retention.
- Ensure product features and user experience align with market expectations and competitive offerings.
- Team Management:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product, design, and operations, to ensure cohesive marketing execution for sportsbook and casino campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on sportsbook and casino.
- In-depth understanding of the Bangladeshi market and iGaming customer behavior.
- Familiarity with Bangladeshi payment solutions like Bkash, Rocket, Nagad, and Upay.
