What you'll be getting up to:
Engage with new players to build strong connections, address their inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a seamless, enjoyable gaming experience while representing and upholding the website’s positive brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Player Support: Provide prompt and professional assistance to players, primarily through calls.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the website's offerings to effectively guide players.
- Feedback Relay: Collect valuable player feedback on their experience and share insights with internal teams to enhance product offerings, improve the website experience, and refine support processes.
Requirements:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication abilities.
- Customer-Focused Approach: Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring player satisfaction.
- iGaming Enthusiast: Interest or familiarity with online casino gaming, cricket betting, or other sports is a plus.
Mandatory
Prior experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming industry
Languages : English, Telugu, Bengali, Hindi, Tamil
