What you'll be getting up to:
As a Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's talent acquisition efforts on a global scale. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and coordinate interviews for potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Your contributions will be essential in attracting top talent to our organization.
📋Responsibilities:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates.
- Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and match with job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' fit for the organization.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to all parties involved.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Manage smooth coordination between new hires and HR/admin team in the global location before on-boarding.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment and hiring.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate information.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
- Provide input and suggestions for process improvements and optimization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Implement onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture and processes.
💼Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Recruitment in the online gaming industry will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) e.g. Team Tailor and other HR software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Can deliver results under pressure
- Understanding of global recruitment practices is desirable.
