This Recruitment Privacy Policy describes the way in which the Sportelligent Group including Sportserve (serving as a brand for Sportelligent Group that provides the careers website) and those to which you apply for a position (otherwise referred to as "we", "us", “our” or “Sportelligent” or “Sportserve”) deal with the information and data you provide to us to enable us to manage your relationship with Sportelligent
The service for handling recruitments and simplifying the hiring process (the "Service") is powered by Teamtailor on behalf of the Sportelligent Group ("Controller" “we” “us” etc.). Your data will be stored on Teamtailor’s platform. It is important that the persons using the Service ("Users”) feel safe with, and are informed about, how we handle User's personal data in the recruitment process. We strive to maintain the highest possible standard regarding the protection of personal data.
We will process any personal information provided to us or otherwise held by us relating to you in the manner set out in this Recruitment Privacy Policy. Information may be provided via the Sportelligent website (the "Website"), telephone calls or any other means.

Sportelligent is an independent B2B online gambling services, software & provider offering leading-edge solutions in the betting and gaming industry. Sportserve is the brand belonging to the Sportelligent Group used for recruitment purposes. Your personal data will therefore be transferred within the group to provide you with services and process your application.
Sportelligent Group, acts as the “data controller” for the purposes of applicable European data protection legislation. Our main aim is to provide our recruitment services to you and to facilitate the recruitment process so that your personal information is held in the strictest regard. We will only transfer Users’ personal data to third parties that we have confidence in. We cooperate with the following categories of processors of personal data; Teamtailor, who supplies the Service, server and hosting companies, e-mail reference companies, video processing companies, information-sourcing companies, analytical service companies and other companies with regards to suppling the Service.

We may share your personal data within the Sportelligent group and with these other organisations:
