Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Executive to support the management of our product environments and assist in release coordination across platforms. This entry-level position plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of our test and production environments, supporting release activities, and ensuring internal and external requests are effectively delivered.
You will act as a liaison between internal teams and providers, assisting with environment management, release planning, risk tracking, and product coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone interested in product operations, QA, and release management within a tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands and/or products across all environments.
- Serve as an escalation point for issues in both staging and production environments.
- Provide day-to-day product operational support as needed.
- Maintain brand configurations, ensuring regular upgrades and alignment with the most recent versions.
- Support the planning and execution of software upgrades, game releases, and development deployments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and delivery of development and operational requests.
- Assist in analyzing business and technical requirements to support effective product or platform enhancements.
- Help manage risks related to releases and environment stability; assist in defining and mitigating potential issues.
- Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing releases and projects, flagging issues or delays proactively.
- Participate in quality assurance activities, including testing and verification prior to deployment.
- Help implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for the environment and release processes.
- Attend training sessions and knowledge-sharing meetings with the direct line manager and provider contacts to stay updated on tools and processes.
- Ensure relevant teams are informed on correct tool usage and new product updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of product development, project coordination, and operations. - Analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of basic marketing, user experience (UX), and product development principles is an advantage.
