What you'll be getting up to:
Support the International Finance Director and Senior Accountant in financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, tax compliance and cost control for Sportion Armenia. Also support office management and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the recording of financial transactions, review month end closing activities including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Oversee and manage monthly payroll. Liaise with various departments to ensure accurate and timely operation of payroll.
- Analyze the business performance against KPI’s and targets, prepare KPI reports and present findings to senior management as required by the business.
- Preparation and delivery of the annual company budget and re-forecasts as required.
- Oversee and signoff on the various tax returns including VAT and Corporation/Income Tax.
- Cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
- Oversee that the proper procurement process is followed by the business, monitor and evaluate costs on an on-going basis. Process supplier payments.
- Manage the preparation of annual statutory accounts and overseeing of statutory audits if applicable.
- Liaise and report to Group functions as required.
- Manage office administration as required by the business.

- Professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent
- Minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Excellent financial acumen and good working knowledge of financial accounting practices.
- Good working knowledge of financial regulations.
- Strong excel skills.
- Good working knowledge of Financial reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- English level B2-C1
