What you'll be getting up to:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and data-driven CRM Executive to join our CRM team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, execution, and monitoring of customer lifecycle campaigns across various communication channels (Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Popups and more). Your goal is to ensure timely and error-free campaign delivery that enhances customer engagement, retention, and overall lifetime value.
- Execute CRM campaigns according to the CRM calendar and strategy, ensuring accurate targeting and segmentation.
- Build and launch campaigns across multiple systems, ensuring technical accuracy and seamless execution.
- Set up, test, and launch multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with CRM Managers, Content, Market and Design teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliverability metrics, report issues or bottlenecks.
- Ensure accurate A/B testing and support data collection for analysis and insights.
- Maintain campaign documentation and execution logs.
- Help to optimize customer automated journeys through campaign timing, frequency, and targeting adjustments.
- Support in identifying and resolving technical issues with tools/platforms used.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a CRM, retention, or email marketing in iGaming
- Understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Customer.io, FastTrack).
- Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Understanding and passion for the key strategies and best practices that drive campaign deliverability.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Data driven mindset with basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
