About the job:

As the Release Coordinator, you will help coordinate, the release of software or software/system deployments. Your responsibilities and duties in this job revolve around supporting the Project/Release Manager by coordinating with different departments and development teams to ensure they complete the work required to enable a smooth delivery. You will also proactively support the Release/Project Manager with release/project coordination administration tasks as projects progress through the different phases of development.

What you will be getting up to:

• Supporting Project/Release Managers in the delivery of software/system releases. 
• Support and coordinate releases.
• Plan and schedule activities required to ensure minimal amount of risk.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Administration support to Project/Release Managers.
• Updating and providing Release status.
• Setting up & arranging meetings and if required facilitation of meetings.
• Taking accurate meeting minutes & sharing.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Project coordination or release co-ordination experience.
• Working knowledge of Jira.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail Excellent coordination skills.
