About the job:

The Vendor Relations and Reporting Specialist will support the processing of vendor invoices, maintain internal IT reporting, and assist with the administration of Atlassian tools. This role is essential in ensuring smooth vendor interactions, accurate documentation, and efficient data reporting for organizational insights.

What you'll be getting up to: 

• Vendor Relations Invoice and Documentation Support: Process vendor invoices and quotations, obtain approvals, and submit documentation to finance.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely payment notifications to vendors.
• Vendor Coordination: Serve as the main contact for vendor inquiries on payments and documentation, promptly addressing questions and ensuring clear communication.
• Record Management: Organize and maintain historical financial records for IT expenditures, ensuring easy access for reference and audit.
• Internal Reporting Report Creation and Automation: Assist in developing internal IT reports by consolidating data from Jira, BigQuery, and Looker Studio.
• Support the creation of automated dashboards and reporting templates to streamline information sharing.
• Tool Administration Jira and Atlassian Tool Support: Configure and maintain basic settings in Jira, such as workflows and custom fields, to meet team requirements.
• Provide user assistance with tool setup and troubleshooting.
• New Integration Assistance: Help conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations for new product integrations, recording findings to aid in team decision-making.
• Project Coordination Meeting Preparation and Documentation: Prepare agendas and documentation for project alignment meetings with senior teams, taking notes on key decisions and follow-up tasks to ensure effective execution.

Requirements:

• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in vendor relations and document management.
• Good Working Knowledge of Jira, Atlassian products, and Looker Studio for reporting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
