What you'll be getting up to:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Operations Executive to support the day-to-day management and smooth functioning of our operational activities. This role involves overseeing processes, managing projects, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring efficiency in service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist in planning, managing, and executing operational activities to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage specific projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and recommend streamlined workflows to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor operational data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and maintain high standards in quality and service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, such as finance, HR, and customer support, to ensure alignment with operational and project goals.
- Customer Support Management: Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Inventory and Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and usage of resources and materials to prevent shortages or inefficiencies.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of operational processes, monitor compliance with internal and external policies, and ensure adherence to safety and security guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and familiarity with operations management software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
