Settlement Associate staff is responsible for checking and clearing balances from our merchant accounts, bank accounts and agent accounts.

What you'll be getting up to: 

• Clearing out the balances of each merchants/agents, and updating of files-50%
• Checking of balances with each merchants/agent-30%
• Answering other issues and concerns (other teams/merchant cs/agents)-20%

Requirements:

• College graduates (fresh graduates are very welcome).
• Background with finance related jobs is a plus
• Good English communication skills.
• Fast learner.
• With positive disposition towards work and proactive
• Punctual and willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule.
• Hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.
• Keen to details
• Organized, versatile and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
