What you'll be getting up to:
The CPS - Transaction and Adjustment Operations provide services to Product and Payments team, more specifically Sportsbook side in approving player transactions like withdrawals, pre-credits and fund transfers. The team is also in charge of Payment Method Group or management of player segmentation for payment methods or options availability. The team also offers support to other teams mostly to the Customer Support team in relation to customer concerns related to transaction processes handled on a 24/7 basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a focal point for any escalations made by various internal operational teams.
- Handling player ad hoc requests and adjustments ranging from - Wagering checks, Payment method group assignment, Verification of missing funds, Balance correction and confiscations and test account funding
- In charge of customer withdrawal approvals directly in sports products prior to payments team processing.
- Account management including; opening, suspension, and closures, player transactions, player match and bet clarifications, wagering requirements, pre-credits and other player account-related issues.
- Payment Method Group Management - direct the visibility and availability of players' payment options through player segmentation and facilitates product criteria for player upgrades
- Carries out all day to day operational duties set out by the management
- Investigate and resolve issues related to money transfers, deposits and withdrawals
- Prepare transaction reports based on payment tasks handled
- Provide monitoring support for cashier performance
Requirements:
- College graduate, preferably Bachelor’s degree or any 4-year course. Business or Math or any related courses that require problem solving or logic is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Sports / Casino / Poker betting is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of Data Studio, Excel Macros and basic coding is a plus but not required.
- Must be willing to work in a shifting schedule (24/7) including holidays and weekends.
- Must be willing to do routine work and handle multiple tasks - Multitasking
- Team player and flexible to work overtime or whenever the business needs.
- Must have a keen attention to detail.
- A fast learner and can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills (mostly written) to ensure the ability to immediately address inter-department concerns in both emails and chats.
